FSP BELLOWS
These bellows and expansion joints are common for flex connector applications, which provide you with optimized vibration and thermal piping. We fabricate single or multi-ply coated bellows. Bellows size range from 2" to 16" in diameter.

Stainless Steel Bellows
Bellows are fabricated using high grade stainless steel. We specialize in 321, 316, 304. The thickness of the material ranges from .010 to .018, but .012 is used for all our standard bellows. Bellows can be fabricated in single or multi-ply.
Bellows with Directional Liner
The bellow section is made out of 321 Stainless Steel material and the metal tube liner can either be made out stainless steel or carbon steel. This liner helps protect the Stainless Bellow from high heat and it also provides a much faster flow. The liner tube increase the strength and life cycle of the Stainless Bellow. This product can be used in exhaust systems where a fast flow is needed.
Bellows with FLEX Liner
The bellow section is made out of 321 Stainless Steel material and the metal FLEX tube liner is made out 304 Stainless Steel. This FLEX liner helps protect the Bellow from high temperatures of heat without reducing much of the flexibility. The FLEX liner tube helps to increase the strength and life cycle of the Stainless Bellow. This product can be used in locations where flexibility is much needed.
Bellows with Tube Ends
Bellows are made out 321 Stainless Steel with Stainless, Carbon, and Aluminized steel welded ends which allows for easy installation. Therefore, the bellow can easily be welded or clamped to the desire location with the metal finish needed. We can provide this Bellow with Slotted Ends, Marman Flanges, CAT/ANSI Flanges, Reducers, expanded ends or simply with Plain Ends.
Liquid Penetrant Inspection
Although accepted as being the less sensitive method when compared to magnet particle testingfor ferritic objects liquid penetrant inspection , correctly applied is another extremely sensitive, simple to apply method for the detection of surface breaking defects. It has the advantage that all nonporous materials can be tested.
